Lebanese Member of Parliament, Ms. بولا يعقوبيان Paula Yacoubian, was invited on December 9, 2019 to give a talk at RHU depicting the “Current Issues in Lebanon.” She was welcomed by RHU President, Dr. Makram Suidan, at 11:00 a.m. in RHU main theatre, where she presented her perspective on the Lebanese Revolution and the need for political change in Lebanon. She spoke and answered the questions of a large audience of faculty, staff and students who attended the event keen to hear her interpretations of this critical period in the history of Lebanon.
