Over thanksgiving break I had a little fun and cheated on my diet. However, I ended up having a little too much fun and cheated on my diet the whole week of thanksgiving. I got my cravings out of my system and am ready to get things back on track. To get back on track I'm going to be doing a 7 day juice cleanse where I won't be eating any food, just Juice for 7 days. I know...juice isn't keto. However, it's still a great way to get your health back on track. I will be posting the results next week. Stay Tuned!
