Really? Could they have not elected a better time to paint the divider on this section of the East West Arterial??? Both eastbound lanes were backed up with one lane completely sealed off!
If anyone in charge had half a brain, they could have just reverted done of the traffic at the Crewe Road roundabout on to Old Crewe Road!
Common sense just isn't that common!
