In this last video of 2019, I am discussing with you Section 144 in detail and why is it against the fundamental rights of citizens. Recently, section 144 has been impsed in various parts of the country in the wake of CAA protests which created violence in the country. Section 144 is against fundamental rights of the citizens which is why it created disturbance in the society.
