*Explicit Language* This video, from the police body camera of Spokane Police Officer Kris Henderson, shows the chaotic end of a high speed chase and the arrest of the driver and passenger in Spokane in July 2019. After the driver was subdued and eventually handcuffed, it appears that Henderson kicks or strikes the subject in the groin in the 2:19 mark of the video. At the end of the video, Henderson reports himself, saying "I got a use-of-force (incident to report). I kicked him in the nut sack," he tells another officer. The incident was investigated by the Spokane Sheriff's Office.
