Subsidized Housing The Good The Bad and the Ugly Invitation to REIA of Oakland for December 12, 2019

REIA of Oakland will host a panel of Section 8 workers and other providers of subsidized housing as well as a Section 8 inspector on December 12, 2019. This is my first time leading the panel!

From 5:30-6:30 each month I teach a landlord class. This month will be How to Prescreen a Tenant Before You Even Show them Your House and I will continue last month's subject on the Must Have Lease Clauses. January will be all about the background check. You can come for just the landlord class for only $5. Or stay for the whole meeting and have dinner. Pricing is on our website.
