Before you upgrade to Minecraft Java 1.15, be sure to head to the end with a Water Bucket and a Fence Gate. You should bring a few signs as well to warn people on the main End Island what you are about to do, and a fresh set of wings to fly back home as you will be destroying your normal way home. After you upgrade to 1.15 you will no longer be able to make this 100% escape proof, 100% turn-off-safe Wither Cage. Even if you don't have the skulls to spawn a Wither yet, this cage will be ready for you when you do as long as you create it while still in 1.14. With a safe cage, you can easily set up a Wither Rose farm which along with providing the Wither Roses for defense and other mob farms, means you don't have to worry about making a squid farm as you can convert the Wither Roses into black dye. You can also convert the caged Wither to power a tree or cobblestone farm if you don't want to use TNT. ***
