Bushfire threatens Sydney's water supply | ABC News

A week after the up-roar over Scott Morrison’s Hawaiian holiday, the state's Emergency Services Minister is leaving the country for a trip to Europe.

It comes as a state-wide heatwave this weekend will once again fuel fires already burning dangerously close to homes.

Temperatures will hit the mid-40s in Western Sydney as concerns grow over a fire surrounding Sydney’s main water source.
