Cooking a Traditional Māori Hāngi For Xmas With Tame Iti

Putting down a hangi in the rain with Tame Iti showing us how he does his. A bit different to how I have done them, but the earthy taste of the kai at the end was absolutely delicious!! And then the tasty hangi fry up the next day was 👌🏾
