Final Fantasy XIV: Crystalline Mean (Facet of Gathering)

Qeshi-Rae, leader of the Facet of Gathering, seeks a nigh-mythical creature known as the "samiel," much to the exasperation of her colleagues at the Hortorium. It leaves only mysterious traces such as the large ribcage in Amh Araeng, and few claim to have seen the beast -- none of whom have proof.
