I'm not going to link the 4 core CPUs here. Yes I tested them, but if you don't already own them, pass and get a 6 core, 12 thread CPU instead. The price difference is minor and you'll be glad you did.
Actually, to be blunt... get an 8 core CPU, even that difference is minor and over the course of 3-5 years of owning it, odds are you'll be happy you did...
The only 2 Intel CPU's that I'd buy today are the i7-8700K and i9-9900K, depending on price and if you want 6 or 8 cores.
