MP Robert Kyagulanyi and other Presidential hopefuls met with the electoral commission to agree among others with the proper ways of carrying consultations.

Presidential aspirant Kyagulanyi has suffered setbacks since he obtained the clearance. Police teargassed, dispersed and arrested the leaders at organized rallies in Kasangati, Gulu and Lira districts.
