Structure :
The structure of affirmative sentence:
Subject + seem, seems to have + noun + adjective or adjective + noun + Extension.
Example :
The man seems to have honesty.
The girl seems to have past history.

The structure of the Negative sentence.
Subject + don’t / doesn’t seem to have + noun + adjective or adjective + noun + Extension.
Example:
The man doesn’t seem to have patriotism.
The girl doesn’t seem to have sufficient knowledge in that regard.
They don’t seem to have interest to do the work.
