Fattest Country Comparison (188 Countries BMI Ranking) In this animated video, we compare the fat levels of countries and rank 188 of them. The fatness level is measured using 3 indices: BMI (Body Mass Index), Obesity rate and overweight rate of countries. We use the popular countryball series where the length of the ball corresponds with the unit size of BMI.

NOTE: Polandball is drawn this way as a rule of Countryball (upside down)! Thats also why Indoball has a rice hat.
