Ah...the pain and suffering and the hardships of the 3000 Arkansas women, per year, that simply cannot properly use birth control, criminal activity excluded. Dr. Ho (honestly her name) complains about those evil WHITE REPUBLICAN MENS who, after being duly elected BY THE PEOPLE of Arkansas passed a trigger ban on abortion should Roe be overturned.
This is an OUTRAGE! Abortion would be illegal in Arkansas upon Roe being overturned. The HORROR!
What this is all about is simply this; these pro abort people DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO VOTE ON THIS. They know, despite their propaganda polling showing the overwhelming majority of Americans support abortion (or Roe, depending on the poll), the numbers are not in favor of it.
If this is put to a vote, some states naturally will outlaw abortion just like in the pre Roe days. AND THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE. Abortion is not in the Constitution and thus, it is a 10th Amendment States' Rights issue.
Roe should be overturned as the blatant judicial activism that it was and let the states, and the PEOPLE decide for themselves wither it should be legal or not.
But no, Dr. Ho doesn't want pro life women or men to have a say in this. That's why they so vehemently defend Roe because Roe prevents people from having a vote on this issue.
And the anecdote; it was in fact HER who prevented A. J. from getting her abortion. Not the state of Arkansas. I guess you have to have a sob story to show how bad the wammens are oppressed.
