No-Bake Strawberry Coconut Cheesecake 노오븐 딸기 코코넛 치즈케이크

I feel so sad that summer is coming to a close. That’s why I wanted to create something very summery, light, sweet and perfectly refreshing. This No-Bake Strawberry Coconut Cheesecake is fun and so delicious!
It requires a few essential steps in preparation but if you follow the recipe, you should have no problem to make this cake.

INGREDIENTS:
CHEESE FILLING:
300ml heavy cream
2 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar
160g cream cheese
60g confectioners’ sugar
140g coconut yogurt
1Tbsp strawberry jam
2Tbsp gelatin

Cake:
300ml milk
2 cups of strawberry
300g lady fingers cookies

For the decoration:
2 cups of heavy cream
2 Tbsp confectioner sugar
Red food coloring

Hemisphere cake mold or glass bowl
Plastic wrap
