Hi Guys, Hi guys I've just arrived at one of our dual occupancy sites in Brighton and I just thought I would shoot a quick short video about the design stage.
Now you’ve had your builder go out and assess the site to see if we can do two, three or four units. From here the right Builder should be able to come up with the design concept whilst also providing accurate cost for different design aspects of the build. This will ensure that your budget doesn't blow out caused by the design.
Now the concept itself should consist of a floor plan, a couple of elevations, but the most important thing to get done is a coloured 3D rendered image. This will show you the different materials and colours that are going to be used and give you a good feel of what you are going to be getting in the end.
