We generally find that a Design Center is not only a great tool for branding and advertising, plus walk in leads, and of course that extra element of trust that a bricks-and-mortar storefront can bring.
The Smith & Sons Brand, plus the systems that they provide really set them apart from their competition in terms of trust compared to that of your general run of the mill builder, which they noticed when uncertainty hit the market, they were able to still generate work because the trust the brand gave them.
