The Wichita Public Schools supported the United Methodist Open Door Turkey Drive on November 22, in partnership with B98FM. The Wichita Waterwalk served as the drop off location for the schools, district offices and for downtown Wichita. This year the schools and district collected 3,273 turkeys, 43,712 side items and $9,985.96.
