Calls for vocational training funds to help tackle youth unemployment | ABC News It's almost three decades since the economy experienced a recession, but our level of youth unemployment remains stubbornly high.

Twelve per cent of people between the ages of 15 and 24 are unemployed.

Community groups are calling for investment in vocational training in fields where there'll be high demand.
