HOI4 Kaiserreich Qing EP2 - Continuing to Support Anqing

Qing at the beginning of 1936, is united together with the Warlords of China, in a faction called the Qing Empire. However, progressing through the year the Continent begins to collapse into anarchy following the downfall of the League of Eight Provinces. Qing also decides to strive for remaining independent than to become a German lapdog.
