I've got clients that have come to me that have been gaining weight getting more and more out of shape and they're eating chicken they're eating broccoli and eating brown rice 🍗🍚🍴

👉😝Now that person probably doesn't feel very great because they're not eating very healthy food, but all this to remind you that the amount of calories you eat is very very important to your weight and fat loss goals ‼

Before you worry about where the calories come from make sure that you're not actually eating too many calories.
