Vancouver Police Department Leaves Traffic Stop To Initiate Another Then Returns

Vancouver Police Department Leaves Traffic Stop To Initiate Another Then Returns A Vancouver Police Department traffic unit, with an Automatic Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) system, leaves a traffic stop to initiate another traffic stop on a White Dodge Durango SRT. Prior to the start of the video, the Durango had sped through an intersection after the light had turned green, causing the exhaust to make a rather loud noise, which caught the officer's attention. The Durango was pulled over a couple blocks down the road. After the traffic stop, the officer then returned to the first traffic stop (with another officer on a motorbike) and continued his investigation, which resulted in an impoundment.
