Triple Pulse Back Elevated Slingshot Hip Thrust Back Elevated on 12 inch soft surface.
Blue slingshot Band wrapped around lower thighs, above knees but not on knees.
Triceps on box and mid back, no elbows.
Lift hips to max hip extension, externally rotate hips 3 times, feel for glutes and hamstrings and also outer glutes.
Slow to release.
One thrust + 3 Rotations = 1 rep or round.
