Hey my friends! I hope you’re enjoying a bright and bold 2020 so far!

Willpower, pushing our mental capacity, is something which we can each train in little ways every day! It’s the process of taking the initial step, honing in on our focus, and knowing that we are capable. This video shares 3 exercises which you can try today to practice willpower!


Here are the Willpower Building Exercises from today’s video:


1. Cold Training How To: 1:55
☼ Take a warm shower as normal and finish with 30 seconds of cold to start.

2. Visualization/Scripting How To: 3:55


☼ For whatever you’d like to increase your willpower in, practice visualizing and FEELING the ideal play of it!
☼ To get to the empowered, real FEELING, some fun questions to ask might include:
What am I wearing? Where am I? Who am I surrounded by? Do I feel happy? Grateful? Passionate?
☼ Music has great momentum behind it. You can choose an empowering song to play as you have fun scripting!




3. Fear date how to & personal story: 6:10


☼ Choose a fear you have, and take yourself to do something small to show yourself that the fear is an illusionary boundary.
☼ Breathe. YOU CAN!!!
